2015-2019: State Committee on Religious Associations, head of Shamakhi regional department;

2019-2022: State Committee on Religious Associations, Deputy head of Department for Analysis and Forecasting;

2022-2023: State Committee on Religious Associations, Deputy head of Department of Religious Associations;

January 16, 2023: - Assistant to the Chairman of the State Committee on Religious Associations.

Awarded with the medal “For Distinction in Public Service” for fruitful activity in public service by the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 22, 2019.

He is the author of numerous articles and a book titled “Shamakhi Juma Mosque”, which telling the history of Shamakhi “Juma” Mosque.

Married, has two children.
